Das dauert doch bestimmt Stunden oder schmeckt \u00fcberhaupt nicht.&nbsp;Mit diesen Vorurteilen wird heute aufger\u00e4umt, denn vegane Bolognese kann sehr wohl sogar sehr gut schmecken und muss auch gar keine Stunden der Vorbereitung in Anspruch nehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine vegane Bolognese kommt ganz ohne Tofu aus und schmeckt wirklich extrem lecker. \u00dcberzeugt euch gerne selbst!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Zutaten f\u00fcr die vegane Bolognese&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei den Zutaten k\u00f6nnt ihr eigentlich so einiges variieren. Das Gem\u00fcse l\u00e4sst sich da vor allem sehr gut abwandeln, sodass es niemals langweilig wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe die Bolognese beispielsweise auch schon mit Paprika, Lauch und Pastinake gekocht. Wenn ihr keine Pinienkerne m\u00f6gt, dann k\u00f6nnt ihr diese nat\u00fcrlich auch ganz leicht weglassen. Sie k\u00f6nnten aber auch durch z.B. Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnen die Gew\u00fcrze auch ganz leicht abgewandelt werden. Hier w\u00fcrde ich sagen, dass sowieso jeder frei w\u00e4hlen kann.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerne benutze ich etwas Chili, Paprikapulver und Rosmarin, aber generell spare ich an Gew\u00fcrzen nie!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Wie lange ist die Bolognese haltbar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bolognese h\u00e4lt sich im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr einige Tage sehr gut. Ich habe sie auch schon des \u00d6fteren vorgekocht. Daf\u00fcr eignet sie sich \u00fcbrigens auch sehr gut. Einfach im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren und am n\u00e4chsten Tag aufw\u00e4rmen. Entweder mit Hilfe eines Food Processors zerkleinern oder mit einem Messer selber in kleine St\u00fccke hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt hier selber entscheiden, ob ihr es lieber grob gehackt m\u00f6gt oder ganz fein gehackt. Danach folgt das klein geschnittene Gem\u00fcse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer mag kann auch noch eine handvoll Kr\u00e4uter hinzugeben. Ich habe ein wenig Petersilie und Basilikum abgewaschen und es dazu gegeben.
