Dann probiere es doch mal mit diesem Quinoa-Salat. Quinoa ist wirklich sehr vielf\u00e4ltig. Nicht nur zu Salat passt er sehr gut, auch als s\u00fc\u00dfes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder beim Backen l\u00e4sst es sich sehr gut einsetzen. In der Kombination mit einem Salat ist der Kreativit\u00e4t freien Lauf gesetzt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe Quinoa tats\u00e4chlich erst vor ein paar Jahren entdeckt. Da hielt ich es noch f\u00fcr etwas ganz \u201cexotisches\u201d. Das sind K\u00f6rnerfr\u00fcchte von Pflanzenarten, die nicht zur S\u00fc\u00dfgr\u00e4ser-Familie geh\u00f6ren. Neben Quinoa z\u00e4hlen auch beispielsweise Amaranth und Buchweizen dazu. Es besitzt mehr Mineralien als die klassischen Getreidesorten, beispielsweise punktet es mit reichlich Eisen (8 mg auf 100 g), Magnesium (277 mg auf 100 g) und Zink (2,3 mg auf 100 g). Au\u00dferdem enthalten die kleinen K\u00f6rner viele Ballaststoffe, die f\u00fcr eine gesunde Darmflora wichtig sind.
