Dazu ist es rein pflanzlich und nat\u00fcrlich super lecker!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Das Bananenbrot ohne Mehl &#8211; die Zutatenliste:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bananen:<\/strong> Die Bananen sollten m\u00f6glichst reif sein. Je reifer sie sind, desto s\u00fc\u00dfer wird das Brot auch.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erythrit: <\/strong>Zum S\u00fc\u00dfen habe ich Erythrit verwendet. Die Zuckeralternative enth\u00e4lt Null Kalorien und l\u00e4sst sich gut als Ersatz f\u00fcr herk\u00f6mmlichen Zucker verwenden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haferdrink:<\/strong> Geh\u00f6rt f\u00fcr mich mittlerweile zum Standard. Haferdrink ist mein Top Favorit. Ihr k\u00f6nnt aber nat\u00fcrlich auch Soja-, Mandel- oder jegliche andere Form verwenden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse: <\/strong>Meine waren bereits gemahlen. Wenn ihr aber nur ganze N\u00fcsse da habt, dann k\u00f6nnt ihr sie auch gut einfach kurz vorher f\u00fcr ca. 10 Sekunden auf hoher Stufe in einen Mixer geben.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zimt, Backpulver &amp; Vanillesirup:<\/strong> Zimt passt perfekt zu diesem Brot.
