Der Salat ist durch die Orange super fruchtig, aber gleichzeitig auch sehr s\u00e4ttigend und cremig durch die Burrata. und in eine Sch\u00fcssel oder einen tiefen Teller geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gurke und Paprika waschen und klein schneiden. Die Orange aus ihrer Schale befreien und ebenfalls klein schneiden. Nun die Kichererbsen aus ihrer Dose befreien und unter flie\u00dfendem Wasser gut absp\u00fclen, bis kein Schaum mehr zu sehen ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun die Gurke, Paprika, Kichererbsen und Orange auf den Rucola-Salat verteilen. Die Waln\u00fcsse kurz klein hacken und auch auf den Salat verteilen. Die Burrata aus der Verpackung entnehmen und ebenfalls auf den Salat geben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das Dressing Lein\u00f6l, Apfelessig, Gew\u00fcrze nach Wahl und etwas Zitronensaft in einer kleinen separaten Sch\u00fcssel zun\u00e4chst vermischen, danach auf den Salat geben.
