Aus nur wenigen Zutaten und in wenigen Arbeitsschritten hergestellt, habt ihr einen leckeren selbst gemachten Snack, den ihr zwischendurch oder beispielsweise zu eurem Kaffee am Nachmittag genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung kann so einfach sein. Erfahrt mehr zum Rezept und den Zutaten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Einfache Oatmeal-Cookies \u2013 diese Zutaten ben\u00f6tigt ihr<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cookies bestehen aus sehr einfachen Zutaten, die vermutlich fast jeder bei sich zu Hause vorfindet. Welche Zutaten ihr ersetzen k\u00f6nnt, findet ihr \u00fcbrigens weiter unten im Post heraus. Aber nun erstmal zu den eigentlichen Zutaten, die ihr ben\u00f6tigt:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Haferflocken sind tats\u00e4chlich eine Grundzutat f\u00fcr dieses Rezept. Dabei w\u00e4re es sehr gut, wenn ihr kernige sowie zarte Haferflocken (oder direkt Hafermehl) zu Hause habt. Aus den zarten Haferflocken k\u00f6nnt ihr auch ganz fix selber Hafermehl machen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Birkenzucker:<\/strong> Birkenzucker habe ich in diesem Rezept als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel genutzt. Ihr k\u00f6nnt dieses aber auch ersetzen. Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde aber, dass es einen sehr leckeren Geschmack mit sich bringt und ich mag Erdnussmus generell ganz gerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Backpulver\/Zimt\/Salz:<\/strong> Auch Zimt bringt einen sehr leckeren Geschmack mit in die Cookies. Beim Salz w\u00fcrde ich auf jeden Fall nicht zu viel nehmen, eine Prise reicht vollkommen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eier:<\/strong> Die einzige Zutat, die nicht rein pflanzlich ist, sind die zwei Eier. zu Hause habt, gebt einfach zarte Haferflocken in einen Mixer und mixt sie auf h\u00f6chster Stufe f\u00fcr f\u00fcnf bis zehn Sekunden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starten wir mit dem Rezept: Zuerst heizt ihr den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C vor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kernige Haferflocken, Hafermehl, Birkenzucker, Backpulver, Zimt und Salz in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und gut vermengen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach die zwei Eier sowie das Erdnussmus hinzuf\u00fcgen. Das Erdnussmus sollte relativ fl\u00fcssig sein, so l\u00e4sst es sich besser vermischen. Deshalb solltet ihr das Erdnussmus am besten vorher nicht im K\u00fchlschrank lagern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles zu einem Teig vermengen, ggf. ein Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t verwenden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipp: <\/strong>Wer gerne Rosinen oder getrocknete Cranberries mag, kann jetzt noch welche unter den Teig heben. Ich habe sie im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt, so l\u00e4uft man nicht Gefahr, dass sie zu trocken werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Kann ich die Cookies auch vegan zubereiten?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die einzigen Zutaten, die nicht vegan sind, sind tats\u00e4chlich die zwei Eier.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man k\u00f6nnte es beispielsweise mit Leinsamen-Eiern versuchen. Allerdings habe ich eine vegane Variante selber noch nicht ausprobiert.
