Diesmal etwas Saisonales: Zwetschgen-Muffins. Zwetschgen eignen sich super zum Backen und Kochen und lassen sich in der K\u00fcche vielseitig einsetzen. Dabei sind sie auch noch supergesund.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwetschgen bieten viele gesunde Ballaststoffe, sch\u00fctzen unsere Zellen und sind auch f\u00fcr empfindliche M\u00e4gen leicht bek\u00f6mmlich. H\u00f6rt sich das nicht gut an? Deshalb habe ich mich direkt mal an ein paar Muffins probiert. Das ist nicht nur die eindeutig ges\u00fcndere Variante zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Muffins, sondern sie schmecken auch noch fantastisch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Austauschbare Zutaten und Tipps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor es losgeht mit der Rezeptanleitung, hier noch ein paar Tipps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfe:<\/strong> Mit den S\u00fc\u00dfungsmitteln ist es immer so eine Sache: Der eine schw\u00f6rt auf dieses S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, der andere auf das n\u00e4chste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich denke, es ist immer gut, Alternativen zum herk\u00f6mmlichen raffinierten Zucker zu finden. Die eine Top-Alternative gibt es aber wohl nicht. In Ma\u00dfen l\u00e4sst sich jedoch alles genie\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verwende ganz gerne Dattels\u00fc\u00dfe (findet man im Biomarkt) oder momentan auch \u00f6fter mal Birkenzucker. Deshalb spreche ich auch gerne von der \u201cges\u00fcnderen\u201d Variante. Hier k\u00f6nnte man aber Margarine auch zum Beispiel durch Kokos\u00f6l ersetzen, wenn man den Geschmack gerne mag!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Streusel:<\/strong> Ich habe tats\u00e4chlich keine weitere S\u00fc\u00dfe hinzugef\u00fcgt. Allerdings wird das definitiv nicht jeden Geschmack treffen. Ich w\u00fcrde den Teig vorher probieren und dann ggf. etwas S\u00fc\u00dfe hinzuf\u00fcgen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>So bereitet ihr die gesunden Zwetschgen-Muffins zu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"my-list-1\"><li>Die Zwetschgen waschen, halbieren und die Steine entfernen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Das Muffinblech mit etwas Margarine einfetten.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Die Margarine zusammen mit der Dattels\u00fc\u00dfe in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Falls die Margarine noch zu fest sein sollte, da sie kurz zuvor erst aus dem K\u00fchlschrank geholt wurde, solltet ihr sie in der Mikrowelle weich werden lassen. Nun die Margarine und die S\u00fc\u00dfe mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t schaumig schlagen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Die Eier in einem separaten Beh\u00e4lter aufschlagen und hinzugeben. Gut verr\u00fchren!&nbsp;<\/li><li>Danach den Rest der Zutaten f\u00fcr den Teig beif\u00fcgen (Dinkelmehl, Backpulver).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Die Zwetschgen in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und unter den Teig heben.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Den Teig auf die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen verteilen. F\u00fcr die Streusel noch etwas Platz lassen (die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen sollten zu ca. 3\/4 gef\u00fcllt sein).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Um die Streusel herzustellen, alle Zutaten (weiche Margarine, Salz und Mehl) verkneten. Wer mag, f\u00fcgt hier noch etwas S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hinzu! Der Teig sollte relativ br\u00f6selig sein.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Streusel auf die Muffins verteilen und f\u00fcr 25 Minuten im Backofen backen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ausk\u00fchlen lassen &amp; raffinierten Zucker\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Haltbarkeit und Aufbewahrung der Zwetschgen-Muffins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Muffins halten sich im K\u00fchlschrank zwei bis drei Tage. Ich w\u00fcrde sie in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter aufbewahren, so halten sie sich vermutlich noch etwas l\u00e4nger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt sie auch in den Gefrierschrank legen. Hier auch einfach einen geeigneten Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr die Gefriertruhe verwenden.
