Ich pers\u00f6nlich mag den Herbst. Es ist nicht zu warm, aber auch noch nicht zu kalt. Ich mag das herbstlich bunte Laub und dazu kommt, dass ich im Herbst Geburtstag habe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem gibt es in der Herbstsaison wieder leckeren K\u00fcrbis. Er ist so vielseitig einsetzbar, dass ich um ein K\u00fcrbisrezept nat\u00fcrlich nicht herumkam. Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich mich an einen K\u00fcrbiskuchen getraut und versucht, diesen so gesund wie nur m\u00f6glich zu gestalten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist zwar nicht der klassische \u201cPumpkin Pie\u201d, den man vielleicht aus Amerika kennt, aber er ist trotzdem ziemlich lecker geworden. Das Frosting l\u00e4sst ihn sehr frisch und saftig schmecken. Au\u00dferdem liebe ich die Gew\u00fcrzmischung und den leicht nussigen Geschmack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie ich den Kuchen zubereitet habe, erfahrt ihr in diesem Beitrag. Durch das Beta-Karotin (Vitamin A) enth\u00e4lt der K\u00fcrbis seine orangerote Farbe, vor allem die Schale enth\u00e4lt viel davon. Vitamin A ist besonders f\u00fcr die Sehkraft, ein gesundes Zellwachstum und einer gesunden Haut von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die nat\u00fcrlichen Pflanzenfarbstoffe sch\u00fctzt der Hokkaido-K\u00fcrbis aber auch unsere K\u00f6rperzellen zum Beispiel gegen freie Radikale. Der K\u00fcrbis enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem B-Vitamine, die gut f\u00fcr unser Nervensystem sowie den gesamten Stoffwechsel sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schon gewusst? Der Hokkaido-K\u00fcrbis kommt urspr\u00fcnglich von der gleichnamigen Insel in Japan. Mittlerweile geh\u00f6rt er jedoch auch zu den beliebtesten Gem\u00fcsesorten in Europa. Trocken und k\u00fchl gelagert, zum Beispiel in einer Speisekammer oder im Gem\u00fcsefach, h\u00e4lt er sich sogar bis zu 2 Monate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06\"]{font-style:normal;}.wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06 mark, .wp-block-kadence-advancedheading.kt-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06[data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06\"] mark{font-style:normal;color:#f76a0c;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06 wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_2c9bc0-06\">So bereitest du den gesunden K\u00fcrbiskuchen zu&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"my-list-1\"><li>Den Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C vorheizen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Den K\u00fcrbis und den Apfel waschen und putzen. Nun beide in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden und entkernen. Vorzugsweise in einem Mixer in kleine St\u00fccke raspeln.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Die zwei Eier aufschlagen und zusammen mit dem Birkenzucker in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t vermengen. Das \u00d6l nach Wahl hinzugeben und ebenfalls vermengen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Das Mehl und Backpulver hinzugeben und mit dem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t unterr\u00fchren. Danach ausk\u00fchlen lassen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>F\u00fcr das Frosting: Alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t cremig schlagen.
